Had a nice size room with 1 bed, and I couldn't ask for more. Climate control, a safe and multi-channel television were available in the room. The hotel was in a strategic location just off nature and attractions, the GIANT mall and hawker centre nearby and the water park.

The room was clean, and the design was super cute. We loved the free passes to the night park and the discounted day park tickets. The staff were really friendly and helped us with check-in smoothly. Definitely recommend for group fun!

One downside was the breakfast options, a bit repetitive. Could use more local dishes to spice things up.

Hot Spring is very nice. Room is spacious and breakfast is good.

The room door (entrance door) gap at the bottom is too big, easily can hear other guests shouted at the corridor. A mini fridge should put inside the room.

My wife and me really had a good and restful holiday.The hotel was well situated and very away from the city.Would make a trip again in the near future.

High hopes dashed at this so-called resort. The jetty is falling apart, and the sewerage smell creeps in uninvited. I mean, for such a lavish place, i'd have really appreciated a complimentary upgrade or something-a nice gesture, perhaps? Just saying, every detail counts. Almost thought of giving a good review, but just couldn't.

location is excellent.natural beauty abundance.petting zoo of lost world is the best we seen.can do better by offering more discount for entrance to the themepark. especially those stay for more than 1 night.

Very nice experience in Ipoh 🏞️

The staff were amazing, like chommies ready to help, especially Preya and the guys at the entrance! The room was super comfy and clean, with lekker views of the theme park. Plus, the kids had a blast with the free park access!

One little hiccup was the breakfast spot being a bit of a walk, could be better communicated during check-in.

Improving the check-in process would be great!!! Consistency in room arrangements and better oversight of housekeeping (using towels for cleaning up spills is odd!!!) should definitely be prioritized!!!
